All in stock units are shipped within 2-7 business days for Canada, The U.S. and
international countries. Please note that you can receive your orders MUCH earlier than estimated.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. In stock items are shipped within 2 business days.
Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends and holidays. Please note that specific countries are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19.

The shipping companies used are DHL, UPS, Canada Post and FedEx Canada. Please note UPS and FedEX cannot deliver to a PO Box so please specify a physical delivery address for shipping or if you live in a rural location, contact us ahead of time so that we can prearrange Canada Post for you as they do deliver to post boxes across Canada. GlamWigs will ship to any country accepted by Canada Post, USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once an order is placed your shipment confirmation and tracking number will be received within 5 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Glam Wigs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
